I work with a small roster of athletes at a time. That is intentional. Every athlete I coach gets my full attention, not a templated plan and an occasional check-in.

My coaching is built for people who are busy, ambitious, and serious about running but do not want running to take over their lives. Founders, professionals, parents, anyone who needs a training plan that bends to their schedule instead of the other way around.

How It Works

We start with a consultation to understand your goals, your schedule, and your history with running. From there, I build a training plan that is specific to you. We communicate regularly, adjust as life requires, and I keep you accountable without making you feel guilty when things shift.

I coach with the “not a runner” philosophy at the center: gratitude for the run, humility in the pursuit, and the understanding that you are human first. If that resonates, we will work well together.
